        I have been told that this product helps with digestive inflammation and should be taken regularly. I take it whenever I am in danger of bloating because of unaccustomed helpings of food.

        I have used both this product and High Five Multivitamin Formula. This one is a lot better but you get what you pay for. Recommended for anyone that feels discomfort after every meal.
