    As a food supplement, using the dropper add 0.5ml once or twice daily to food or drink (or directly into mouth). Children 4+ years take 0.5ml daily. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool dry pIace, out of the sight and reach of children. Once open, keep refrigerated and use within 6 months.

        I found this product at my local health shop and have been using it since last year. I have to take this supplement for life now, and have tried manyother brands, so I was happy to find this one online at a cheaper price. The only thing that isn't very practical about it is that the little applicator doesn't suck up enough liquid towards the end. Otherwise it's really good and I'd highly recommend it.
